| The Genius Song says | What we found |
|---|---|
| "Created by Dr. Robert Lake, a top NASA scientist" | The site's own disclaimer says Robert Lake is a pen name, so his credentials cannot be checked. |
| "Activates your dormant gamma brain wave" | Gamma research on 40 Hz light and sound is mostly in mice and small early human trials, and none of it tested this track. |
| "It starts working the very first time you listen" | No published study tests The Genius Song. Binaural beat research is mixed: a medium effect in a 2019 meta-analysis, but most studies in a 2023 review showed no brainwave change. |
| "Helped 18,366 everyday Americans" | The seller's own figure, and another page says 19,389. The Terms say testimonials may be acted out or paid. |
| "Regular price $200" | A seller reference price. The track costs $39, with tax and local currency added at checkout. |
This is a field guide to the seller’s own website for The Genius Song, not a buying guide. It covers three questions in turn: is the site in front of you the real one, what do its pages and fine print actually say, and who do you contact when something goes wrong. The ordering steps themselves are on our separate where to buy page.
The genuine site at a glance
- Domain: geniussongoriginal.com.
- Home page: currently a short page for a different audio product.
- The Genius Song pages: /video/ (the sales video) and /text/ (a text version of the pitch).
- Checkout: ClickBank, at geniusbr.pay.clickbank.net.
- Price: $39 once, plus local tax.
- Delivery: digital (the seller describes both a download and an online audio portal); nothing is shipped.
- Seller named in the Terms: Happy Consumer LLC, Puerto Rico.
- Card statement: CLKBANK*Genius Song.
Which page you land on
The official site’s home page currently features the seller’s related audio, The Genius Wave; The Genius Song presentation is on the same site’s /video/ page. That home page is titled “12-Minute Audio Session” and its button is a buy button for that audio. The two are separate products, and per the seller’s own pages that audio is a 12-minute theta session while The Genius Song is a 7-minute gamma track.
We checked this from outside the US and could not test whether visitors elsewhere see something different. The safe habit is the same either way: read the product name on the ClickBank order summary before paying.
How to tell the real site from a copy
Design can be copied in minutes. The domain, the checkout and the price are much harder to fake, so check those first.
| Check | What the genuine site shows | Warning sign |
|---|---|---|
| Domain | geniussongoriginal.com, spelled exactly | Extra words, hyphens or a different ending |
| Checkout | ClickBank at geniusbr.pay.clickbank.net | Another payment processor, or card fields on the sales page |
| Product name at checkout | The Genius Song (90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee) | No product name, or a name you did not choose |
| Price | $39 once plus local tax | A monthly plan or a different price for the same track |
| Product | One audio track plus digital bonuses | An app, a game or a physical box |
| Refund terms | 90 days in the Terms and at checkout | No Terms page at all |
The FTC’s advice for any online order is to know who is taking your money before you pay. Here that means the domain on the sales page and ClickBank’s name on the payment page.
Reading the sales pages
The /video/ page centers on a 39-minute video. Here is each main element with a plain reading.
| What you see | What it is | Our reading |
|---|---|---|
| “Top NASA Scientist” and “NASA-Trained Neuroscientist” | Claims about the presenter | The presenter uses the pen name Dr. Robert Lake (the site says so in its disclaimer), so these cannot be checked |
| “Seven second brain trick” in the hook | Headline wording | The product is a track of about 7 minutes; the video never shows a separate 7-second trick |
| MIT, Princeton and Columbia research claims | Statements in the video | Unverified; we found no study showing “all lucky, wealthy, successful people” share one brain wave |
| A 14-item reference list | The page’s citations | Mostly theta and general entrainment studies plus creativity articles, the same list as on the related audio’s page |
| “Regular Price: $200 / $100 / $49” | Reference prices | You pay $39 plus tax |
| “18,366 everyday Americans” | Seller figure | Unverified; the /text/ headline says 19,389 |
| Disclaimer: not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease | Legal wording | It is not a treatment for any condition |
A few small mismatches are worth knowing so they do not surprise you. The /video/ page’s browser tab reads “The Gamma Song”, and the footers say “Copyright © 2023”. None of this makes the site fake. It does show that the seller’s pages are not fully consistent, which is a good reason to rely on the Terms and the checkout rather than the pitch.
Testimonials on the site
The video presents “Rachel, a nurse from Tustin, California”, “Michael in Dallas” and “Hannah from Manhattan”. The Terms, on the same site, say names have been changed, the seller uses pen names, some marketing has been dramatized, feedback may be acted out by avatars or actors, the people featured were compensated, and the results are exceptional, not typical. They are advertising, not independent reviews.
Gamma claims and what they lean on
The video’s story of gamma in experienced meditators echoes real research: long-term meditators were recorded with high-amplitude gamma activity in a 2004 PNAS study. That study looked at people with years of practice, not at an audio track, and no published study tests The Genius Song itself.
The seller's offer
Open the seller's site and check the domain
It should read geniussongoriginal.com, and the order button should lead to ClickBank.
Visit the official websiteThe fine print pages
| Page | What it says | Applies to the track? |
|---|---|---|
| Terms, “For Entertainment Purposes Only” | “brain entrainment is not an exact science and we recommend that you do not treat it as such. The products are provided for entertainment purposes only.” | Yes |
| Terms, substantiation line | “All claims regarding brainwave entrainment, focus, and mental energy are substantiated by established scientific research.” This is the seller’s statement | It sits beside the line above |
| Terms of Sale | “You are paying $39 today for The Genius Song” | Yes |
| Terms, refunds | Digital products refundable on requests “within 90 days of your initial purchase” | Yes |
| Terms, email lists | Buying subscribes you to lists managed by HappyConsumerPublishing.com | Yes |
| Terms, shipping policy | Ships from Ohio | No; nothing is shipped |
| /TOS/refunds/ | A 60-day policy for unopened “NeuroActivate” bottles with an Ohio return address | No |
The leftover pages come from a template for a physical product. Keep your own records: the ClickBank receipt, the purchase date and the delivery email.
Support routes
| What you need | Who to contact | Have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Track or login never arrived | [email protected] | Order email and purchase date |
| A question about the product | [email protected] | Order email |
| Payment, receipt or refund | ClickBank order support, 1-800-390-6035, or clkbank.com | ClickBank receipt |
| A charge you do not recognize | Your card issuer | The statement line; the genuine one reads CLKBANK*Genius Song |
| Too many marketing emails | The unsubscribe link in any email | The email itself |
Marketing emails come from GeniusSongOfficial.com, a different domain from the sales site. An email is never a reason to pay on a page whose address you have not checked. For a longer read on this topic, see our article on The Genius Song official website.
The refund route
- Check the date. The 90 days start on the purchase date.
- Find the ClickBank receipt.
- Contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035, or email [email protected], and ask for a refund.
- Ignore the bottle instructions on the NeuroActivate page. A digital track has nothing to post back.
- Note who you contacted and when, until the refund shows on your statement.
We cannot say how any single request will be decided, so ask well before day 90. What is at stake in money terms is on our price page.
Red flags checklist
- The domain is anything other than geniussongoriginal.com.
- The payment page does not show ClickBank.
- The order summary names a product you did not mean to buy.
- The track is offered as an app, a game or a streaming upload.
- A monthly charge appears, or the price differs from $39 plus local tax.
- You are asked to pay by bank transfer, gift card or crypto.
- The page promises a cure, guaranteed money or guaranteed luck.
- An email pushes you to pay on a page you have not checked.
Any one of these is enough reason to close the tab and type the address yourself. For our verdict on the product behind the site, see the review or the product overview.

Check The Genius Song on the official siteQuestions people ask
Is geniussongoriginal.com the real website of The Genius Song?
Yes. It hosts the sales video on /video/ and a text version on /text/, and both send you to a ClickBank checkout. A site that takes payment for The Genius Song any other way is not the seller's route.
Why is the home page about a different audio?
The seller sells more than one audio product on the same site, and the home page currently features another audio, described as a 12-minute theta audio. The Genius Song, described as a 7-minute gamma track, is presented on the /video/ page.
How do I contact The Genius Song customer service?
For questions about the product or delivery, email [email protected]. For payment, receipts or refunds, call ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035. Keep your ClickBank receipt to hand either way.
Which refund policy on the site applies to me?
The Terms, which allow a refund on digital products requested within 90 days of purchase, together with ClickBank's 90-day line at checkout. The separate /TOS/refunds/ page covers unopened NeuroActivate bottles over 60 days and does not fit this product.
Who runs the website?
The Terms name Happy Consumer LLC, based in Puerto Rico, with Puerto Rico law governing them. ClickBank is the retailer, and the site notes that ClickBank's sale of the product is not an endorsement.
