The label shows one capsule per serving and 30 servings per bottle. Other ingredients: cellulose (the capsule), magnesium stearate and silica.
The hyaluronic acid matrix (Mobilee)
Hyaluronan is the substance that helps give synovial fluid, the fluid inside your joints, its thick, lubricating quality. The seller says joints lose hyaluronan faster after 30, and the 80 mg hyaluronic acid matrix is there to help replenish it. The brand’s story links this to a village in Yuzurihara, Japan, where people eat a purple sweet potato, satsumaimo, that the brand says is rich in hyaluronan.
The seller also says that an 80 mg dose of Mobilee has been shown to multiply hyaluronan levels in the joints by a factor of 10, and cites 14 trials. That is the seller’s statement, not ours. For independent reading, a 2016 review in the Nutrition Journal looks at oral hyaluronan.
Ginger and boswellia
Ginger (200 mg) and boswellia (100 mg, standardized to 65% boswellic acid) are the two ingredients the seller describes as supporting a healthy inflammatory response and joint comfort. A 2015 meta-analysis of randomized placebo-controlled trials looks at ginger, and a 2020 systematic review and meta-analysis looks at Boswellia extract. Both are general ingredient research, not trials of Joint Genesis.

See the Joint Genesis packagesFrench maritime pine bark
The label lists 150 mg of pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster), which it calls French maritime pine bark. The seller describes it as a powerful antioxidant that distributes into the synovial fluid. A 2017 paper in Nutrients looks at how maritime pine bark extract constituents reach serum, blood cells and synovial fluid.
Black pepper extract (BioPerine)
At 5 mg and standardized to 95% piperine, black pepper extract is the smallest dose on the label. The seller says it helps your body absorb the other ingredients.
Quality details from the seller
The seller says Joint Genesis is made following cGMP in an FDA-inspected facility in the USA. The FDA inspects facilities and does not pre-approve any supplement brand. The seller also lists the capsule as free from gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, egg, crustaceans, GMOs and BPA, and gives it a two-year shelf life.
