How long does delivery take?

The seller says orders ship right away, with delivery in 5 to 7 business days in the US and up to two weeks outside it. Outside the US, shipping is $19.95 on 2 and 3 bottles, and customs and taxes are paid by the buyer.

Refunds

How does the guarantee work?

You have 180 days from the order date. Contact BioDynamix support at [email protected] or (800) 589-4191 with your first and last name, order email and order confirmation number. Return unopened bottles with the packing slip, pay the return shipping, and the refund follows in up to 5 to 7 business days after the bottles arrive.

Safety

Who should ask a doctor first?

Anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a medical condition. People on blood thinners or diabetes medicine should ask too, because ginger, boswellia and pine bark are in the formula. The hyaluronic acid matrix comes from an animal source.
