Short label, easy read: three nutrients on their own lines, then one proprietary blend, all inside a daily capsule. For a long-form take, see this ingredients article.

Because several plants in the blend come up in warnings for people using blood sugar medicines, please ask your doctor first, and keep taking every medicine you were prescribed, diabetes medicines above all.

Line by line

Each capsule counts as one serving, and the bottle holds 30 of them.

Inside the blend are Sukre L-arabinose fiber, green tea leaf extract (98% polyphenols, 65% of them EGCG), TeaCrine (theacrine), cassia cinnamon bark, gymnema leaf, eleuthero root and theobromine. No single item has an amount of its own. Around all this you will find a hypromellose shell, plus microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and stearic acid.

Sukre first

Sukre is how the seller brands L-arabinose, a prebiotic plant fiber. It names this fiber first, calls it a healthy sugar, and makes it the core of the formula. The pitch around it concerns what the body does with the sugar in a meal.

Tea-derived items

TeaCrine is a trade name for theacrine, which the seller introduces with the line “harness the power of Chinese tea”. Green tea leaf extract and theobromine sit in the same blend. All three are caffeine-type plant compounds, which matters if you react strongly to caffeine.

Gymnema and cinnamon

Gymnema has a long record of traditional use, and the seller connects it with sugar cravings. Cassia cinnamon is the spice in the mix, tied by the seller to healthy blood sugar levels. These two, along with green tea, are often named in cautions for anyone on blood sugar medicines.

Chromium and the two vitamins

Chromium (1 mg), vitamin D3 and vitamin B1 each get a separate line. According to the seller, chromium is already present in the capsule, so products that are rich in chromium need extra care alongside it. The two vitamins are not described on the seller’s page, so we present them as plain label facts.

Two quiet names

Eleuthero root and theobromine are listed too, and the seller says nothing about their role. We add nothing it does not say.

What the seller says about quality

The seller points to an American plant registered with the FDA and certified for good manufacturing practice. Supplements are not pre-approved by the FDA, so this stays the seller’s own claim. It also calls the formula vegetarian, plant-based, non-GMO, soy-free and dairy-free, and displays free-from badges for gluten, BPA, nuts, crustaceans and egg.

About the research

Three papers are cited by the seller, and each studies L-arabinose rather than Gluco6. They are listed under Sources below: a 2000 paper from a Japanese nutrition journal, a 2015 rat study, and a 2011 paper on L-arabinose and sucrase activity in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Questions people ask

How much is on the Gluco6 label?

Three nutrients with their own amounts (chromium, vitamin B1 and vitamin D3), one 525 mg blend that names seven items, and five other ingredients, one of which is the capsule shell.

What does Sukre mean?

It is the seller's brand name for L-arabinose, a prebiotic plant fiber. The seller calls it a healthy sugar and builds the formula around it.

Is there a separate dose for each plant?

No. The blend is printed as a single 525 mg total, so the label gives no amount for any one plant.

Are any caffeine-type ingredients in the capsule?

Green tea leaf, TeaCrine (theacrine) and theobromine are caffeine-type plant compounds. People who react to them should ask a doctor before starting.
