VisiFlora ingredients list: headline beside the supplement-facts label and a VisiFlora bottle on a navy panel

Sometimes you just want the ingredients list. No story, no framing, only what the bottle says. This is the VisiFlora ingredients list: the supplement-facts panel rewritten as clear tables, plus the directions, the caution and the storage line, so that you can read everything in one scroll. We checked it against the label image on the seller’s page on October 28, 2026, and we add short notes where a plain-English comment helps.

Compare it with the real label

The supplement-facts image sits on the seller’s order page.

Seven nutrients with amounts, a named blend and clear directions.

Four lines sit at a full daily value, and vitamin A, selenium and chromium sit below it. If you already take a multivitamin, compare these figures with that label, because several of the same nutrients are likely to appear.

Part two: the proprietary blend

The label gives the blend one total weight, 351 mg per capsule, and it lists fourteen named ingredients inside it. No individual amount is printed, and the daily value is marked as not established. We list the names here with a plain label for the kind of ingredient each one is.

Part four: directions, caution and storage

DoseDo not exceed the recommended dose.

How to read the daily value column

The percentage next to each nutrient compares one capsule with a typical adult’s recommended amount for a whole day. A line at 100% means a capsule supplies roughly a full day’s recommended amount of that nutrient, and 36% means a bit over a third. It is a handy yardstick, and it is the reason we flagged the overlap with other supplements above. If your multivitamin also lists zinc at 100%, you are counting that nutrient twice on a day when you take both.

None of this is cause for alarm for most healthy adults, which is why we keep the tone calm. It is simply a good habit to know your own total, and a pharmacist can add it up with you in a minute.

What the form names mean

The words after “as” tell you which chemical form of a nutrient the capsule uses. Vitamin A comes as beta carotene, a plant pigment the body can convert. Vitamin C comes as ascorbic acid, which is plain vitamin C. Vitamin E comes as a lab-made acetate form. Zinc comes as zinc oxide, copper as copper gluconate and chromium as chromium picolinate. These are all common, widely used forms. Nothing about them is unusual, and the label simply tells you which ones the formula chose.

Three questions the label answers well

  1. What exactly am I swallowing? Seven nutrients with amounts, and fourteen named ingredients in a blend.
  2. How much per day? One capsule, which is one serving.
  3. What should I be careful about? A caution about age, pregnancy and nursing, medication and medical conditions, plus storage and seal advice.

Three questions it leaves open

  1. How much of each blend ingredient is there? Not printed.
  2. How will it feel? No label can say.
  3. Does it suit my own medicines? Only your doctor or pharmacist can answer, which is why the label asks you to consult one.

Our main VisiFlora page lists a support email you can use to ask the seller about the first one.

How to use this table

Print it or save it, and take it to your doctor or pharmacist if you take any regular medicine. Point to the four names we mention in our calm safety guide: ginkgo, coleus forskohlii, quercetin and grape seed extract. A minute of conversation is worth more than an hour of guessing.

Why we publish the whole label

A review can say a label is “clear” or “complete”, but you should be able to check that for yourself. So we print the whole thing in tables, and we have checked each line against the image on the seller’s page. If the seller changes the formula in future, the label on the bottle in your hand is the one to trust, and we will update this page when we notice a difference.

The same capsule in every package

One more thing the label tells you indirectly: the capsule is identical whichever package you buy. Two, three or six bottles contain the same seven nutrients and the same fourteen-name blend. What changes is the number of bottles, the price per bottle and whether US shipping is free. If you are choosing a size, our package price guide shows the figures, and you can choose with the label question already settled.

What the table does not tell you

It does not give a dose for any of the fourteen blend ingredients, because the label does not. It does not tell you how the capsule will feel in use, because no label can. And it does not replace advice from your own doctor. For a friendlier tour of the same ingredients, our ingredients guide groups them into families, and our at-a-glance VisiFlora page and ingredients page summarize everything we have verified.
