Each 2 mL serving lists melatonin (0.9 mg), the vitamins B2 and B6 (0.5 mg apiece) and a 637 mg proprietary blend. The blend is made up of apigenin, GABA, 5-HTP, L-theanine, lemon balm, magnesium glycinate and tart cherry juice concentrate.

Using it

When do I take it?

Evenings, a little before lights-out. A sensible trick from the seller is to stand the bottle where you will spot it from bed.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Safety

Who should I ask first?

Your doctor. The formula holds melatonin and 5-HTP, which matters most if a baby is on the way or you are feeding one, or if your regular medicines include blood-pressure pills, an antidepressant, a sleeping aid or an anxiety drug.

Can I drive afterward?

No. After a dose, leave the car and any machinery alone; it belongs at the tail end of your evening.
