These are the questions people raise most often, sorted by the moment they tend to come up.
Before you start
What exactly am I ordering?
A keepsake pair: one sketch and one written reading, produced from your quiz answers and emailed to you. My Soulmate Profile is the brand behind it, and Tara Lunar is the persona it puts on the page.
How long will the quiz keep me busy?
About a minute, according to the page itself. It asks a few basics: the kind of match you have in mind, your date of birth, a heritage you feel drawn to, your first name and an email address.
Do I see anything before paying?
A teaser. Right after the quiz the page shows text written in advance for your zodiac sign, so everyone who shares your sign reads the same words. Only then do the two prices appear.
Answers first, then the quiz
Try the quiz and see the options
Two one-time prices, delivery by email and 60 days from purchase to ask for a refund.
Start your soulmate sketchChoosing and paying
What does it cost?
$37 or $67, paid once in either case. The order form converts to your currency and adds any local tax before you confirm.
What separates the two options?
The $67 box turns the sketch to color, brings delivery down to 6 hours instead of 48 and adds two extras: the Divine Timing Calendar and the Soul Connection Reading.
Will I be billed again later?
No. The seller describes both options as single payments with no subscription behind them. Checkout may also show optional extras, which you are free to pass on.
Who takes the payment?
ClickBank. On a card statement a $37 order shows up as CLKBANK*smprof, while the $67 order reads CLKBANK*smsketchcomple.
After you order
Where will the files show up?
In the inbox of the address you gave the quiz. If they are slow, peek into spam and promotions, then write to ClickBank or the seller with your receipt attached.
How do I ask for my money back?
Write to the seller before day 60, or phone ClickBank’s order line, 1-800-390-6035. The count starts the day you buy, so keep that confirmation email handy.
About the picture
Is it a photo, or a drawing by a person?
Neither. Software creates the artwork, and the seller’s disclaimer page admits as much, calling the result a creative piece for fun and reflection.
Does it depict a real person?
The fine print states that nobody in particular is portrayed and that no lookalike is promised. Enjoy the face as art and a topic of conversation.
Will I speak with Tara Lunar?
No. The brand presents Tara Lunar as its psychic persona, yet the disclaimer states that the order is no live session and nothing is said to you in real time.
Ready when you are

A sketch and reading by email, with a refund route if it is not for you.
