The three probiotic strains
The seller calls the strain mix a doctor-formulated blend, and each strain gets its own job.
Lactobacillus paracasei
The seller says this strain supports gum health and helps sinuses stay free and open. It is the strain most closely tied to the gums in the ProDentim story.
B. lactis BL-04
This is the only Bifidobacterium in the formula. The seller says it supports the balance of mouth bacteria, supports the respiratory tract and helps maintain a healthy immune system.
Lactobacillus reuteri
The seller says this strain helps with inflammation and supports a healthy mouth environment. Research on it is broad: a 2018 review in Frontiers in Microbiology covers its role in human health and disease.
The four plants and minerals
The seller groups these four into a proprietary blend that works alongside the strains.
Inulin
A prebiotic fiber. The idea is simple: probiotics are living bacteria, and inulin is there to support them.
Malic acid
The seller notes that malic acid occurs in strawberries and says it helps maintain tooth whiteness.
Tricalcium phosphate
A mineral that the seller says supports tooth health.
Peppermint
The seller describes peppermint as a natural anti-inflammatory, and it gives the tablet its fresh-breath feel.
3.5 billion probiotics, explained
Probiotic counts are usually written in colony-forming units, and 3.5 billion is the figure the seller gives for each ProDentim tablet. The seller does not publish a dose for each ingredient on its sales page, so the 3.5 billion total and the named strains are what you have to go on.

Check the ProDentim formulaQuality seals shown by the seller
The seller’s order page shows a row of seals: GMP certified, “Made in a FDA registered facility”, 100% natural ingredients, Made in USA and GMO free.
A quick note on the FDA wording
In plain terms, the seller says ProDentim is made in an FDA-registered facility. The FDA registers facilities and does not pre-approve any supplement brand, which is true for every supplement on the market. That is why the label, the named strains and the seller’s guarantee are the useful things to compare.
How the ingredients fit together
The formula follows a simple pattern. The three strains are the probiotics, inulin supports them, and malic acid, tricalcium phosphate and peppermint add the tooth and fresh-breath touches. The seller also describes the formula as natural, non-GMO, free of stimulants, non-habit forming and gluten free.
