About Metabo Drops
What is it, exactly?
A liquid nutritional serum, sold in a bottle and made for coffee. The brand says it has no flavor, and describes its aims as supporting metabolism, fat-burning, less hunger, calm and even energy, and general health. People respond differently.

Six ingredients appear on the brand’s list: L-theanine, a vitamin complex, green tea, chromium, L-carnitine and chlorogenic acid. Amounts are not given. The brand also calls the formula non-GMO, soy-free and dairy-free, and says it is non-habit forming.
How long is the suggested stretch?
The brand’s advice is to be consistent for 90-180 days.

Safety
Whose advice should I get first?
Your doctor’s, if a baby is on the way, you are breastfeeding, or you take something for blood sugar, blood pressure or your heart. Caffeine arrives with both the coffee and the green tea, so people who react to it should be careful. Do not stop any prescription.
