A dietary supplement for men in chewable form. Its makers aim it at male vitality, energy, stamina and desire, though results differ between people.

How many gummies are in a bottle?

Thirty, which lasts a month at one a day.

What goes into the gummy?

The label shows ten calories, four milligrams of sodium, three grams of carbohydrate and three grams of sugars per gummy, then one 82 mg proprietary blend. Nine ingredients share that blend, headed by muira puama, maca and catuaba, with caffeine at five milligrams. The remaining ingredients are gummy basics: corn syrup, cane sugar, apple pectin, sorbitol, natural flavors and a little citric acid and sodium citrate, plus water.

When should I take it?

The directions say one gummy daily. Morning is one option, and about thirty to sixty minutes ahead of intimacy is the other.
