Affiliate disclosure: this review contains links to the official The Genius Song website. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change our assessment. Details.

The sales video speaks to “everyday Americans” from its first minutes, so many buyers searching for the Genius Song USA simply want the practical details. What does it cost in dollars? Who takes the payment? What will appear on a US card statement, and who do you call if something goes wrong?

This guide answers those questions from the seller’s own pages, Terms and ClickBank checkout. It also explains what changes if you buy from outside the US, and how to read the customer numbers the seller quotes. We did not buy the track, so anything that only appears after payment is marked as unchecked.

The price in dollars, and the crossed-out prices

The Terms of Sale are plain: “You are paying $39 today for The Genius Song.” The order box on the sales page shows “Regular Price: $200 / $100 / $49” crossed out before “Today Just For $39”. In the video, the presenter first offers $49, calls it “more than forty percent off our original price”, then announces “a special price available only through this video” of thirty-nine dollars.

Read $200, $100 and $49 as the seller’s reference prices, not as a record of what anyone paid. The checkout lists a one-time digital product that is not recurring. We viewed it from outside the US, where ClickBank added local tax. Whether any tax is added to a US order may depend on where you live, so confirm the final total on the checkout page before you enter card details.

The video also uses pressure lines: the price “is not guaranteed beyond today”, “your order is set aside for you”, a “waiting list” if it sells out, and “I will not be offering this online forever”. Treat these as sales tactics. One more detail: the buy button on the video page is set to appear only after about 18 minutes of the 39-minute video, so you may need to wait or use the text version of the page.

How the ClickBank checkout works

ClickBank is a large online retailer for digital products, and it handles the payment, the receipt and refunds. The site notes that ClickBank’s role as retailer “does not constitute an endorsement” of the product. The checkout labels the order a “Digital Product” and says “Immediate access to digital products or services in your cart are available once payment is approved.” When we checked, there was no extra item added on the checkout page itself. Offers shown after payment could not be checked without buying.

Our links pass through ClickBank to the seller’s site. The official site’s home page currently features the seller’s related audio, The Genius Wave, and The Genius Song presentation is on the same site’s /video/ page. The seller’s pages describe them as separate products, so make sure the checkout line names “The Genius Song (90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee)”. We tested the link from outside the US and could not check whether US visitors are sent to a different page.

What your card statement will show

The ClickBank checkout lists the statement name as CLKBANK*Genius Song. ClickBank’s name comes first because it is the company that charges your card. If you see a charge you do not recognize, match it against your ClickBank receipt before you call your card issuer, since the CLKBANK prefix confuses many buyers.

If a charge appears that you did not make, or a page asked for card details outside a ClickBank checkout, contact your card issuer. The FTC’s guide to shopping online covers how to dispute a charge and protect your payment.

Keep the receipt

Your ClickBank order number is the key to support and refunds.

Support and refunds from the US

If you want every click from the first page to the receipt, our step-by-step order walkthrough covers it, and what the crossed-out prices mean goes deeper on the $39 figure.

There are two support routes, and they do different jobs:

  1. ClickBank order support, 1-800-390-6035, or clkbank.com. Use it for payment questions, order lookups and refunds.
  2. Product support, [email protected]. Use it for questions about the audio and access. This is the address the sales pages and the Terms give. If access never arrives, see what to do when access does not arrive.

On refunds, the Terms say: “For Digital Products, you may get a refund on any purchase requested within 90 days of your initial purchase.” The ClickBank checkout states that ClickBank “will allow for the return or replacement of any product within 90 days from the date of purchase.” The video itself promises a “one hundred percent ironclad money back guarantee” without naming a number of days, so rely on the Terms and the checkout.

Two pieces of fine print do not apply to you. The site’s refund page at /TOS/refunds/ is a leftover policy for “NeuroActivate” bottles, with 60 days, unopened bottles only and a return address in Tallmadge, Ohio. The Terms also contain a shipping policy for goods sent from Ohio. Neither fits a digital track. Use ClickBank’s refund route and keep your receipt.

Buying from outside the United States

ClickBank shows prices in your local currency and adds local tax. When we viewed the checkout from India, it showed ₹4,207.93 plus ₹757.43 in tax, a total of ₹4,965.36. The final amount will be different in each country, and your bank may add its own foreign transaction fees.

What stays the same: the product, the CLKBANK*Genius Song statement name, the ClickBank support number and the 90-day refund window.

The “everyday Americans” numbers

The video says the track has helped “eighteen thousand three hundred sixty six everyday Americans”, and the text page repeats 18,366 in its body. The same text page’s headline says “19,389 Americans”. The video also mentions “thousands of five star reviews” and “hundreds of emails”. These are the seller’s figures. We found nothing that verifies them, and the two counts do not match.

The American testimonials need the same care. The video features “Rachel, a nurse from Tustin, California”, “Michael in Dallas” and “Hannah from Manhattan”. The Terms say names in the marketing “have been changed”, that feedback may be acted out by “digital representations, avatars, or actors”, that people were “compensated”, and that some may be “early supporters, friends, or family members of the company’s founders”. Read the stories as advertising, as the FTC’s guides on endorsements suggest.

What you get after you pay

According to the seller, you get one digital audio track that runs 7 minutes, to be played through headphones once a day. Delivery is described two ways: the video says the track is emailed within minutes, while the text page speaks of a “Private Audio Portal” with login details by email. We could not confirm which buyers receive.

The bonuses differ between the seller’s pages. The video says “three free bonuses” and names four: “The Genius Child” audio for kids, a classic book on financial success, a guided visualization from a creator the seller calls top-rated on the Calm app, and a printable five-habit infographic. The text page promises four and lists three, without The Genius Child.

Buying also adds you to email lists managed by HappyConsumerPublishing.com, which may promote third-party offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

The claims, in brief

The video comes from the presenter, who uses the pen name Dr. Robert Lake (the site says so in its disclaimer). It promises that the track switches on a “dormant” gamma brain wave, with results that range from memory and focus to luck, money and weight loss. These are the seller’s claims. No published study tests the track, and research on brain-wave audio in general is mixed: a medium overall effect in a 2019 meta-analysis, but mostly negative entrainment findings in a 2023 review.

The seller’s Terms are more cautious than its video. They say “brain entrainment is not an exact science” and that “The products are provided for entertainment purposes only.” The site also states that the product “is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”

Listen safely

Our advice for any audio of this kind:

  • Keep the volume comfortable; the NIDCD explains how loud sound through headphones can damage hearing over time.
  • Never listen while driving or operating machinery.
  • Ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a seizure history or hearing problems.
  • Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Our verdict for US buyers

The Genius Song USA buying process is simple and familiar: $39 per the Terms, a ClickBank checkout, CLKBANK*Genius Song on your statement, and a US toll-free number for order help. The 90-day refund window, stated in both the Terms and the checkout, is the strongest protection you have.

Our editorial score, which is ours and not a customer rating, is 3.5 out of 5. The clear price, the familiar checkout and the refund terms count in its favor; the pen-name presenter, the mismatched customer counts, the dramatized testimonials and the untested claims count against it. If you buy, keep the receipt, check the product name at checkout and give yourself a reminder well before day 90.

We are independent, not the seller, and we may earn a commission if you buy through our links.

Our view

A simple US checkout for an unproven audio track.

Entertainment purposes only, per the Terms. Our score: 3.5 out of 5.

Questions people ask

How much does it cost in the US?

The Terms of Sale say you are paying $39 for The Genius Song. The order box shows $200, $100 and $49 crossed out before the $39 price; those are the seller's reference prices. We checked the checkout from outside the US, so confirm the final total, including any tax, on the checkout page before you pay.

Is sales tax added for US buyers?

We could not confirm it. We viewed the checkout from India, where ClickBank added local tax to the price. The checkout page shows the full total before you pay, so check it there.

Why do the seller's pages quote different numbers of Americans?

The video and the text page body say 18,366 everyday Americans, while the text page headline says 19,389. Both are the seller's own figures, we found nothing that verifies either, and they do not match.

Who do I call about an order in the US?

For payments, refunds and order lookups, call ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 or use clkbank.com. For questions about the audio itself, the seller's product support address is [email protected].

Can I buy it from outside the United States?

Yes. When we viewed the checkout from India, ClickBank showed the price in rupees with local tax added. The amount you pay depends on your country, but the product, the statement name and the 90-day refund window are the same.

Is the seller a US company?

The Terms name Happy Consumer LLC, based in Puerto Rico, and say they are governed by Puerto Rico law. ClickBank acts as the retailer that takes the payment.
