You paid, the checkout said thank you, and now your download of The Genius Song is nowhere to be found. That is frustrating, but it is usually fixable in a few minutes. The seller says access is emailed within minutes of payment, so a missing delivery almost always comes down to one of four things: a spam filter, a typo in the email address, a payment that did not complete, or a delay on the seller’s side.

This guide takes you through the checks in the order that solves most cases fastest, tells you exactly who to contact for which problem, and explains how to get your money back if nothing ever arrives. It is based on the seller’s sales pages, its Terms and the ClickBank checkout.

Not bought yet?

Type your email address carefully at checkout. Access depends on it.

$39 one-time through ClickBank, plus local tax.

First, confirm the payment went through

Before hunting for an access email, make sure there is an order to deliver. Two signs confirm it:

  • A ClickBank receipt in your inbox, with an order number. ClickBank runs the seller’s checkout at geniusbr.pay.clickbank.net and sends the receipt itself.
  • A charge on your card that reads CLKBANK*Genius Song. Outside the US, the amount is in your local currency with local tax added, so it may not read exactly $39.

If you see neither, the payment may not have completed. Check with your bank before trying again, so you do not pay twice. If you see a charge but no receipt, keep going: the receipt may be sitting in the same folder as the missing access email.

Step 1: search every folder

Automated emails often get filtered. Look in spam or junk, promotions, updates and any archived or filtered folders, not just the main inbox. Then search the whole mailbox for these terms:

  • ClickBank (the receipt)
  • GeniusSongOfficial.com (the seller’s emails come from this domain, per the Terms)
  • The Genius Song and audio

If you find the email in spam, mark it as not spam so future messages from the seller reach your inbox.

Step 2: check the address you typed

A single wrong letter at checkout sends everything to someone else’s mailbox, or nowhere. Open the ClickBank receipt if you have it and look at the email address it was sent to. If the receipt never arrived either, a typo is the likeliest cause, and ClickBank can help you correct it.

Step 3: look up the order with ClickBank

ClickBank processed the payment, so it can see your order whatever happened to the email. The seller’s pages link ClickBank’s customer site, clkbank.com, for order support, and the checkout lists ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035. Have ready:

  1. The order number from your receipt, if you have one.
  2. The email address you meant to use.
  3. The date and amount of the charge, and the last digits of the card.

Ask them to confirm the order, check the email address on file and resend the access details if needed.

Step 4: contact product support

If the order is confirmed but something about the track itself is wrong, the seller handles it. The “contact the seller” link on the sales pages points to [email protected]. Write a short email with your order number, the address you used at checkout, the date you paid and what went wrong.

The seller describes access in two ways, so the problem may look different for you. The video talks about a track emailed to you and downloaded to your phone or computer. The text page talks about a “Private Audio Portal” with “secure login details” sent by email and streaming “from any device”. The file format is not stated anywhere; our note on file types and free copies covers what the seller does and does not say. Whichever version you receive, tell support exactly what you see: no email at all, a link that will not open, a login that is refused, or a bonus that is missing.

If the email arrives but nothing plays

Sometimes the email is there and the problem is on the device. Before writing to support, these quick checks are worth a try. They are our general suggestions, not steps from the seller:

  • Open the link in a full browser rather than inside your mail app’s preview window.
  • Try a second device. If it works on a computer but not on a phone, the issue is the phone, not the order.
  • Check free storage if you are saving a file, and use a stable Wi-Fi connection for the download or for streaming.
  • Copy the login details carefully if you were given a portal, watching for extra spaces at the start or end.

If none of that helps, send support a short note saying which device and browser you tried.

Keep it simple

Order problems go to ClickBank. Track problems go to the seller.

90 days for refund requests, per the Terms and the checkout.

A note on bonuses: the seller’s pages do not agree on them. The video counts “three free bonuses” but describes four, among them an audio for children called “The Genius Child”. The text page says “4 free bonuses” and lists three, without it. So before reporting a bonus as missing, check which page you ordered from.

When nothing ever arrives

If ClickBank and the seller cannot get access to you, ask for a refund. The Terms say digital products can be refunded on requests made within 90 days of the initial purchase, and the ClickBank checkout promises “return or replacement of any product within 90 days from the date of purchase”. Contact ClickBank with your order number and say plainly that the product was never delivered.

Do not use the refund page at /TOS/refunds/. It is a leftover policy for “NeuroActivate” bottles, with an Ohio return address, a phone number and an email address that belong to that product. It does not apply to a digital track.

If ClickBank cannot help, your card issuer is the last step. The FTC’s guide to shopping online explains how disputing a charge works.

Messages to ignore while you wait

A missing order makes people easy targets. Our advice:

  • Ignore emails asking you to pay again to “unlock” or “resend” your track. A genuine resend does not cost money.
  • Do not re-enter card details in response to an email, even one that looks like the seller’s. Use the contacts on your ClickBank receipt.
  • Skip “free download” sites. They are not the seller’s release, the Terms describe the track as a copyrighted article for personal use, and unknown files can carry malware. In the video, the presenter adds that the seller offers it only on its own site, and that tracks on YouTube or Spotify are not the same thing.
  • Check the sender’s domain. The seller’s emails come from GeniusSongOfficial.com and the receipt from ClickBank.

The FTC’s phishing guidance lists the same warning signs.

If you have not ordered yet

A little care up front prevents most of these problems. Use an email address you check daily, type it twice, and star the receipt as soon as it arrives. The official site’s home page currently features the seller’s related audio, The Genius Wave; The Genius Song presentation is on the same site’s /video/ page. Our links open that home page, so check the product name on the ClickBank checkout before you pay. For how access is meant to work when everything goes right, see our walkthrough of access after checkout, and for the company and its support channels, see who sells it and how to reach them.

What you were buying

Once access is sorted, it helps to keep expectations in proportion. The track is pitched by the presenter, who uses the pen name Dr. Robert Lake (the site says so in its disclaimer). Promised results range from memory and focus to luck and money, all of them the seller’s claims. The Terms say testimonials may be acted out by avatars or actors, may come from paid people or from friends and family of the founders, and use changed names. The Terms also say the products are provided “for entertainment purposes only”. Research on auditory beats is mixed, with a medium overall effect in a 2019 meta-analysis but mostly negative brainwave findings in a 2023 review, and no published study tests this track.

Our own listening advice is short. Pick a volume you could sit through for an hour without discomfort, never press play while driving or using machinery, and get a doctor’s view first if epilepsy, past seizures or hearing trouble apply to you.

Your safety net

No delivery, no deal: ClickBank handles refund requests for 90 days.

Statement reads CLKBANK*Genius Song. Keep the receipt.

The short version

Confirm the charge and the receipt, search every folder for ClickBank and GeniusSongOfficial.com, check the address you typed, then contact ClickBank for order problems and [email protected] for track problems. If nothing arrives, ask ClickBank for a refund within 90 days.

Our editorial score, which is ours and not a customer rating, is 3.5 out of 5: a simple digital order with a real refund route, sold with claims well beyond the evidence. Questions people ask

How long should I wait for the access email?

Not long. The seller says the track is emailed immediately or within minutes, and the checkout says digital access is available once payment is approved. If an hour has passed and nothing is in any folder, start the steps in this guide.

Which folders should I check?

Spam or junk, promotions, updates and any filtered or archived folders. Search the whole mailbox for ClickBank and for GeniusSongOfficial.com, since the receipt and the seller's emails come from those senders.

Who do I contact about a missing order?

ClickBank, which processed the payment. Use clkbank.com, which the seller's pages link for order support, or call ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035. Have the order number from your receipt or the date and amount of the charge.

What should I put in a support email?

Your order number, the email address you used at checkout, the date you paid and a short description of the problem, such as no email, a link that will not open or a missing bonus. Send it to [email protected] for product issues.

Can I get a refund if nothing ever arrives?

Yes. The Terms allow refund requests on digital products within 90 days of the initial purchase, and the ClickBank checkout states 90 days as well. Ask ClickBank with your order number. If you cannot resolve it there, your card issuer is the last step.

Should I use the phone number on the refund page?

No. The /TOS/refunds/ page describes NeuroActivate bottles, with an Ohio address, a phone number and an email that belong to that product. It does not apply to a digital track. Use ClickBank instead.
