Is The Genius Switch legit? Here is the reassuring answer: yes, it is a real digital purchase. You pay $39 once on a ClickBank checkout, a single 8-minute audio track is emailed to you, and a 90-day refund route sits behind the order. If you are curious about a short daily listening habit and want to be sure your money goes to the right place, this two-minute check shows you what to look at and what you will find.
A real purchase
The Genius Switch: $39 once, emailed right after checkout.
ClickBank checkout and a 90-day refund route.
See the current priceThe short answer
The Genius Switch is what the seller says it is: one 8-minute audio track, which the seller calls a targeted auditory sequence, sold as a digital download. It is not an app and it is not a game. The seller’s idea is a daily habit of headphones on, eyes closed, 8 minutes, built around what it calls whole brain activation. Those are the seller’s words and claims. What a buyer can check is the sale, and the sale holds together well.
Your two-minute check
Open the order page and run through these five points. Each one is visible on the page or the checkout.
| Step | Where to look | What you will find |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Retailer | The checkout address bar | A ClickBank checkout (thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net) |
| 2. Item | The cart summary | The Genius Switch, listed as a Digital Product |
| 3. Price | The total line | $39, in your local currency with any tax |
| 4. Statement | The checkout notes | CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch |
| 5. Refund | The guarantee wording | 90 days from the date of purchase |
If all five line up, you are buying the way the seller intends. The Terms of Sale say: “You are paying $39 today for The Genius Switch … a copyrighted digital article for personal use.”
What arrives for $39
The seller describes the following.
- The track. One 8-minute audio file, emailed right after payment. The seller says to download it to your phone or computer and play it in any media player.
- The routine. Headphones, eyes closed, once a day. The seller says missing a day is okay.
- Four digital bonuses. A guided visualization from a creator described as top-rated on the Calm app, a smart grocery shopping guide, a free copy of a 100-plus-year-old classic book on financial success and a printable infographic of five habits.
The sales page shows crossed-out reference prices of $200, $100 and $49 above “Today Just For $39”. Those are the seller’s own comparison numbers, and the figure you pay is $39.

Track plus four bonuses, with 90 days to decide.
Get instant accessThe 90-day guarantee
This is the strongest part of the offer for a careful buyer. The Terms say digital products are refundable “within 90 days of your initial purchase”, and the ClickBank checkout allows the return or replacement of any product within 90 days from the date of purchase. The sales page repeats a 90-day money-back guarantee. Three places say the same thing.
To use it, keep the receipt email and contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035, quoting your order number. The site also hosts an older refund page written for a bottled product, which does not describe an audio track, so go by the ClickBank route and the 90 days above.
Emails and support worth recognizing
After you order, expect a few messages. Marketing emails come from GeniusSwitchOfficial.com, and the Terms say buyers may be added to the seller’s email lists, each with an unsubscribe link. Product support is [email protected], and ClickBank order support is on 1-800-390-6035. Knowing these in advance makes it easy to tell a genuine message from an odd one. As a rule, never send card details by email, and the FTC’s page on shopping online is a handy reference for spotting pushy messages.
Staying clear of copies
Popular products attract look-alikes, and the simplest protection is to start from a link you trust and pay only on the ClickBank checkout. The seller’s own site is geniusswitchoriginal.com, written here as plain text. The video says the track is not sold on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify, and that tracks you find there are not the same. A free “download” page is not the purchase, and it has no refund route behind it.
Order the careful way
Start from a trusted link, pay on ClickBank and keep the receipt.

Check the current priceLegit describes the sale, not the promises
A legitimate sale tells you where your money goes and how to get it back. It does not turn the seller’s claims into proven results, and the seller is candid about that. The Terms have a section headed “For Entertainment Purposes Only”, which says “brain entrainment is not an exact science”. A few short notes:
- The presenter. The video is fronted by the presenter, who introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone. We could not verify his identity or involvement.
- The testimonials. The Terms say featured feedback may be dramatized with digital avatars or actors, and that the results shown are exceptional, not typical. We do not quote them.
- The method. The video says the method has nothing to do with brain waves, while the sales page cites studies on 40 Hz binaural beats and gamma stimulation. Binaural beat research is mixed: one 2019 meta-analysis found a medium overall effect on some outcomes, while a 2023 review found most entrainment studies did not show the brainwave change. No study has tested this track.
- The claims. The seller links the track to focus, memory, luck and more. These are the seller’s claims, and the track is not a treatment for any condition.

It may suit you if you:
- enjoy short, structured audio sessions with headphones,
- are curious about the seller’s approach and happy to test it for yourself,
- can spend $39 comfortably and will use the refund window if it is not for you.

Start your 8 minutesOur score for The Genius Switch
We rate The Genius Switch 3.0 out of 5. That is our own editorial score, not a customer rating. It earns marks for an easy routine, instant digital delivery, a one-time price and a long refund window. It is held back because no study tests the track itself and the marketing promises more than research supports. If you would like to try it, the official order page is the place to start, with your receipt saved and day 90 in your calendar.

Questions people ask
Is The Genius Switch legit?
As a sale, yes. You pay $39 once on a ClickBank checkout, the track is delivered digitally by email, the charge appears as CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch and both the Terms and the checkout give 90 days to ask for a refund. Whether the track suits you is something only listening can tell you.
Who takes my payment?
ClickBank, the retailer. The checkout is hosted on a ClickBank address (thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net), and ClickBank handles the receipt, order support and refunds.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch. The amount is shown in your local currency with any local tax added before you pay, so the total can differ a little from $39.
What if I do not receive the track?
The seller says it is emailed right after checkout. Check spam and promotions folders and the address you typed, then contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035, or product support at [email protected].
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 90 days of purchase, according to the Terms and the ClickBank checkout. Contact ClickBank with your order number and keep your receipt.
Is The Genius Switch sold on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify?
The video says it is not, and that tracks on YouTube or Spotify are not the same. Order through the ClickBank checkout so that your purchase comes with the refund route.
Is the presenter in the video a real doctor?
The presenter introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, and we could not verify his identity or involvement. The Terms also say featured feedback may be dramatized. That is why we judge the offer on the sale and the refund route, not on the person on screen.
