People who search for The Genius Switch program often picture a course: weekly modules, worksheets, maybe a coach. What the seller actually sells is much smaller, and that is worth knowing before you pay. There is one 8-minute audio track, four digital bonuses and a daily instruction to listen. That is the whole program.

Small does not have to mean useless. A short, repeatable routine can be easy to keep, and a $39 purchase with a 90-day refund window gives you room to find out whether it suits you. What the seller does not give you is a structure for finding out. So this guide does two things: it lists exactly what the program contains, and it lays out our own 90-day self-test, with a diary, dated checkpoints and a decision that lands safely before the refund deadline.

The whole program

One 8-minute track, four digital bonuses, 8 minutes a day.

$39 one-time through ClickBank. 90 days for refund requests under the Terms.

See what the order includes

Is it really a program?

Only in a loose sense. The seller’s materials never describe lessons, levels or a schedule beyond “listen daily”. The Terms of Sale call the purchase “a copyrighted digital article for personal use”, and the ClickBank checkout lists it as a “Digital Product” with immediate access once payment is approved. One heading on the sales page says “Genius Switch Audio Series”, which can sound like a multi-part course, but the video describes a single 8-minute track.

There is no member area, no login and no app. The track is emailed right after checkout, and you download it to a phone or computer. Everything else in this article that looks like a program, the phases, the diary and the checkpoints, is our own addition.

What the program consists of

PartWhat it isTime it asks of you
The trackAn 8-minute “targeted auditory sequence”8 minutes a day
Bonus 1A guided visualization from a creator the seller describes as top-rated on the Calm appWhenever you choose
Bonus 2A smart grocery shopping guide, on foods the seller links to brain fog plus saving tipsA read before a shop
Bonus 3A copy of a classic book, over 100 years old, on attracting financial successReading time
Bonus 4A printable infographic of five habitsA few minutes

The price is $39, paid once, shown at checkout in your local currency plus any tax. The sales page lists higher reference prices of $200, $100 and $49 before “Today Just For $39”, and the video says $39 is “not guaranteed beyond today”. Treat both as sales pressure; the Terms simply state $39.

The daily routine the seller sets

The video’s instructions are short. Put on headphones, close your eyes and listen to the track for 8 minutes, once a day. If you miss a day, the video says “it’s okay”, and you simply aim to listen every day.

The pitch around that routine comes from the presenter, who introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York City neurologist. We could not verify his identity or his role in the product. He says the track uses “neural sync technology” for what he calls “whole brain activation”, a phrase that is the seller’s own rather than a clinical term, and that one hour of neural sync has been compressed into the 8 minutes.

Why a structured self-test helps

The video gives a timetable of its own: “it starts working the very first time you listen”, “many customers notice a difference within the first two to three days”, and “most people … begin to see results within a couple weeks”. It also promises a long list of results, from eureka moments, faster learning and better memory to luck, money, relationships and easing aches. All of that is the seller’s claim. No published study tests the track, and the seller’s own Terms say the products are provided “for entertainment purposes only”.

Without a structure, it is easy to drift. You listen on and off, form a vague impression, and the 90 days pass before you have decided anything. A simple plan fixes three problems at once: it gives the track a fair run, it tests the seller’s timetable on its own terms, and it puts the refund decision on your calendar instead of leaving it to chance.

One detail shapes the whole plan. The Terms allow refund requests “within 90 days of your initial purchase”, and the ClickBank checkout states 90 days “from the date of purchase”. The clock starts when you pay, not when you first press play. Buy on a day when you can start listening straight away.

Before day 1: three small jobs

  1. Pick one goal you can notice. From the seller’s list, choose something that shows up in daily life, such as how easily you remember a short shopping list, or how settled you feel after work. Avoid luck and money, which no diary can measure fairly.
  2. Write an expectation card. One sentence on what would count as “worth $39” for you. Seal it in an envelope or a note on your phone and read it again on day 80.
  3. Set the reminders. Put day 3, day 14, day 45, day 60 and day 80 in your calendar, counted from the purchase date.

Your diary page

A diary only works if it is quick. Here is the layout we suggest, one line per day:

DayListened?TimeOne word afterwardsGoal score (1 to 10)Notes
1Yes7:40 pmRestless5Noisy room
2Yes7:30 pmCalm6
3No5Late shift

The rows above are only an example of the format, not results. Fill in your own each evening, straight after the day is done, and do not look back at earlier scores before writing today’s.

Start on purchase day

The 90 days count from payment, so have your diary ready first.

Track emailed right after checkout. Keep the ClickBank receipt.

Phase 1, days 1 to 14: checking the seller’s timetable

This phase tests the claims the seller times most precisely.

  • Day 1. Listen once and write your diary line. The video says it “starts working the very first time you listen”. Note honestly whether you noticed anything.
  • Day 3, first checkpoint. The video says many customers notice a difference within two to three days. Read your three lines. Is there a difference you would describe to a friend, or not yet?
  • Day 14, second checkpoint. The video says most people see results within a couple of weeks. Compare your average goal score for days 1 to 7 with days 8 to 14.

Keep the listening time fixed in this phase. Same place, same time, same headphones, so that the only thing changing is the track.

Phase 2, days 15 to 45: the steady stretch

Now the novelty has worn off, which makes this the most honest part of the test. Keep the diary going and resist the urge to add new habits at the same time; if you start a new exercise routine in the same month, you will not know which one helped. If you want healthier habits anyway, our 10-minute morning workout is a good one to start after the test ends, or before day 1.

At day 45, the third checkpoint, compare your phase 2 average with phase 1. Read the one-word column from top to bottom. Patterns in words often show what numbers hide.

Phase 3, days 46 to 80: the pause and the decision

This phase adds one twist of our own design: a pause.

  • Days 46 to 59. Listen as normal.
  • Days 60 to 66, fourth checkpoint. Stop listening for one week but keep writing the diary. If the track was doing something for your chosen goal, this is the week you might notice its absence.
  • Days 67 to 79. Resume listening.
  • Day 80, the decision. Open your expectation card. Compare the pause week with the weeks around it, and your phase 3 scores with phase 1.

Where the bonuses fit

The bonuses are extras, so they should not muddy the test. Our suggestion is to keep them out of your 8-minute slot. Print the five-habits infographic in week 1 if you like, read the grocery guide before a normal shop, and save the book for whenever you have reading time. If you want to try the guided visualization, use it at a different time of day from the track, and note it in the Notes column so you know which days included it.

Stop rules and safety

Our own rules for the whole 90 days:

  1. Keep the volume comfortable. You should still be able to hear someone speaking to you.
  2. Never listen while driving or operating machinery. The routine asks you to close your eyes.
  3. Ask a doctor before day 1 if you have epilepsy, a seizure history or a hearing problem.
  4. Stop if you feel unwell, dizzy or anxious, and write down what happened.
  5. Do not let the program replace care. The site says the product is “not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease”. Memory, mood or pain concerns belong with a doctor.

The refund deadline, step by step

If your diary says the track is not adding anything, act on day 80 rather than day 89.

  1. Find the ClickBank receipt and its order number.
  2. Contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035, or follow the refund route on your receipt.
  3. Expect the charge on your statement to read CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch, which helps you match it.
  4. Ignore the site’s separate refund page. It is a leftover policy for “NeuroActivate” bottles, with 60 days and a return address in Tallmadge, Ohio, and it does not fit a digital track. The Terms and the ClickBank checkout set the 90 days.

Decide by day 80

Let the diary decide, with ten days to spare before the window closes.

Our view of the program

As a product, The Genius Switch program is simple and easy to follow: one track, four extras and 8 minutes a day. As a promise, it is far bigger than anything published can support. The presenter himself, on the subject of casino wins, says “there is of course no evidence to support that the genius switch caused that”, and the seller’s testimonials, according to its own Terms, may be acted out by avatars or actors and show exceptional rather than typical results.

That is why a plan matters more here than with most purchases. If you want to try it, buy through the official order page, start the diary that evening and let your own notes make the call by day 80. Our editorial score, which is ours and not a customer rating, is 3.0 out of 5. For a one-page summary, see our quick guide, and if calmer evenings are the real aim, our guide to managing daily stress costs nothing to try. We are independent, not the seller, and we may earn a commission if you buy through our links.

Program, summed up

A small program with big claims. Test it with a diary, not with hope.

$39 one-time. Not an app, a game or a treatment.

Questions people ask

How long is The Genius Switch program meant to last?

The seller does not set an end date. The video asks you to listen for 8 minutes a day and says most people begin to see results within a couple of weeks. Our 90-day plan is our own structure, built around the refund window in the Terms.

Are there modules or lessons to work through?

No. The order is one 8-minute digital audio track and four digital bonuses: a guided visualization, a grocery shopping guide, a classic book on financial success and a printable habits infographic. There is no course, coaching or members' area.

What should I write in a listening diary?

Keep it short: the date, whether you listened, the time, one word for how you felt afterwards and a 1 to 10 score for the one goal you chose. Two minutes a day is enough, and writing it straight away keeps it honest.

When is the last sensible day to ask for a refund?

The Terms allow refund requests within 90 days of your initial purchase, and the ClickBank checkout states 90 days from the date of purchase. We suggest deciding by day 80 so you have time to sort out any problem before the window closes.

Can I pause the program and pick it up again?

Yes. The video says it is okay to miss a day. Just remember that the refund clock keeps running from the purchase date while you pause.

Is the program safe for everyone?

For most adults an 8-minute track at a comfortable volume is low risk. Our advice: never listen while driving or operating machinery, and ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a seizure history or a hearing problem. It is not a treatment for any condition.
