ProstaVive consumer-style scorecard: headline beside a ProstaVive tub on a navy panel with a yellow edge

Consumer guides have a reassuring habit: they ignore the sales pitch and ask the same plain questions of every product. What does it cost per day? Who sells it? What is the return policy? Can you reach a human? We borrowed that approach for ProstaVive and built a seven-point scorecard. To be clear, this is our own checklist, written in the spirit of those guides. Consumer Reports has not reviewed ProstaVive, and nothing here comes from them. What follows is our reading of the seller’s pages on October 28, 2026.

Run the scorecard yourself

Every check below can be repeated on the order page in a few minutes.

Three packages, a one-time price on each and 180 days from your order date.

Open the ProstaVive offer

Check 1: cost per day

A daily powder should be judged by what each day costs, not by the size of the invoice. ProstaVive comes in 30-day tubs, so the math is easy.

PackageTotalAbout per dayOur result
6 tubs$234$1.30Strong
3 tubs$177$1.97Good
1 tub$79$2.63Fair, before shipping

The per-day figures are our own arithmetic, and we label them that way. The seller does not publish them, but the numbers are simply the totals divided by 180, 90 and 30 days.

Check 2: total cost with shipping

The sticker price is not always the final price, so we added the shipping lines from the checkout. One tub adds $9.95 in the US, which makes $88.95, or about $2.97 a day. Three tubs added $9.95 when we checked, which makes $186.95, or about $2.08 a day. Six tubs ship free in the US, so the total stays at $234.

Result: strong on six tubs, good on three, fair on one. The shipping rule is the single detail that most changes which size makes sense, and it is stated rather than hidden.

Check 3: who sells it, and who takes the payment?

The order page hands your payment to ClickBank, a well-known marketplace for digital and physical products. On your card statement you should see a line starting with CLKBANK, and ClickBank runs its own order support line at 1-800-390-6035. That gives you a second party to ask about your order, which is a point in the buyer’s favor.

The seller also states that ProstaVive is not available on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or anywhere else. For a shopper, that makes the route simple: one order page, one payment processor. Our guide to where to buy explains why that narrow route is a feature.

Result: strong.

Check 4: how open is the label?

Here the product does well. The supplement facts panel gives the serving size (one scoop, about 4.93 g), the number of servings (30) and an amount for almost every ingredient, from 500 mg of fenugreek down to 5 mg of boron. Only the fruit and vegetable blend is shown as a 200 mg total. Forms of minerals are named, plant parts are named and the other ingredients are listed.

If you want the full thing in one place, our ingredients list guide lays it out as a table.

Result: strong.

Check 5: refund terms

A guarantee is only as good as its small print, so we read it in full. The window is 180 days from the order date. You email support, wait for an agent’s reply, send all your tubs back (empty and unopened both count) to the seller’s Ohio address, and email the tracking ID. You pay the postage, and the refund covers the product price, not shipping. The seller says the refund usually shows on the statement within 5 to 10 days of processing.

Six months is longer than most supplement offers we come across, and the steps are written out, which makes it easy to follow.

Result: strong.

Check 6: can you reach a person?

The seller lists an email address, a support phone number and a mailing address. Email goes to [email protected], the product support phone is (863) 591-4284, and the seller says agents reply within 48 hours or less. ClickBank adds its own order support line. That is three routes for one question.

Result: good. We have not tested response times ourselves, so we report what the seller states.

Keep the numbers handy

Note the support email and your order number the day you buy.

A written route is easier to use when you already know it.

Check 7: how easy is it to live with?

This is the check that product pages rarely mention. A scoop of powder in a glass is about as simple as a daily habit gets. There is nothing to count and no schedule to remember beyond a fixed time. The seller describes the powder as not a stimulant and not habit-forming, and free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, barley and animal products. Those are the seller’s statements.

The one thing to bring is patience: the seller advises daily use, ideally for 3 to 6 months. That is a real commitment, which is why the long refund window earns its place on the scorecard.

Result: good.

Add it up and the offer lands at our editorial score of 4.6 out of 5, a number we explain in our main review. It is our judgment, not a customer average.

How to reuse this scorecard

The seven checks are not special to ProstaVive. You can run them on any supplement before you buy, and they take a few minutes once you know the pattern. Start with the total divided by the days it covers. Add shipping. Find out who takes your payment. Read the label for amounts and forms. Read the refund page to the end, and note the deadline and who pays the postage. Look for a phone number and an email address. And finally, picture yourself using the thing every morning for three months.

If a product fails two or three of those, think hard about it. If it passes all seven, as this one largely does, you can order with a settled mind. The scorecard will not tell you whether a supplement suits you, but it will tell you whether the offer in front of you is clear, and clarity is what a careful buyer is entitled to.

What the scorecard cannot measure

A scorecard looks at the offer, not at you. It cannot tell you how a daily powder will fit your sleep, your meals or your medicines. It cannot tell you whether the plant ingredients agree with you, and it says nothing about how you will feel at week six. Those things are personal, and the only fair way to learn them is to try the product for a sensible stretch under your doctor’s guidance.

That is another reason the long refund window earns a strong mark. It turns a decision you cannot make in advance into a trial you can run. The seller encourages you to use the whole period, even after you have finished the supply, so there is no pressure to decide in a week.

If you were buying for a parent or a friend

Plenty of shoppers order for someone else, and the scorecard works for that too. Choose the size with the person’s routine in mind, and keep the order number and the support email somewhere you can both find them. More important, ask the person to talk with their own doctor before they start. Share the offer summary and the seller’s disclaimer so that the doctor sees exactly what the product is: a daily powder with a printed label.

One more check, for you

No consumer guide can run this one on your behalf. Ask your doctor first, especially if you take medication or have urinary symptoms, and bring the label. A supplement does not replace medical care. The seller’s disclaimer asks the same of anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a medical condition, and our safety page gives the details.

Good to know

  • Per-day figures are our own arithmetic from the seller’s totals.
  • Support response times are the seller’s statement, which we have not tested.
  • Keep your ClickBank order number and order date.

Questions people ask

Did Consumer Reports review ProstaVive?

No. This page is our own checklist, written in the style of a consumer guide. It is not a report from any consumer organization.

What is the cost per day?

About $1.30 on six tubs, about $1.97 on three and about $2.63 on one, before shipping. With the $9.95 line, one tub is about $2.97 a day and three tubs about $2.08.

Who sells ProstaVive?

The seller handles the payment through ClickBank. Order support is ClickBank at 1-800-390-6035.

How transparent is the label?

Quite. The panel prints a dose for nearly every ingredient, and the fruit and vegetable blend is shown as a 200 mg total.

What is the weakest point on the scorecard?

Patience. The seller advises daily use, ideally for 3 to 6 months, so the routine asks for time.

What should I do first?

Ask your doctor, especially if you take medication or have urinary symptoms, then choose a size.

Not medical advice. This guide is general information and does not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history. Full disclaimer.
