Before you hand over card details on what you believe is the official ProstaVive site, a one-minute check is worth more than an hour of regret. This tick sheet is short on purpose. It lists ten things to confirm on the seller’s page for ProstaVive, in the order they usually come up. Open the page beside this guide, tick each item off and you will know you are in the right place. We are an independent guide and not the seller, so every point below describes the seller’s pages as we read them on October 28, 2026.
Open the page and tick along
The seller’s order page is the one to check against.
Packages from $39 a tub, with 180 days from your order date to decide.
Open the ProstaVive order pageHow to use the sheet
Keep the seller’s page open in one tab and this guide in another. Work down the ticks in order, since the early ones are the quickest and catch the most problems. On a phone, you can flip between the two with a swipe. You do not need to tick all ten before you form a view, because a failure on any of the first five is already a reason to pause. The last five are there to give you confidence and to prepare you for what comes after the order.
The minimum version
If you only have thirty seconds, run three ticks: the address you typed, the three prices and the ClickBank checkout. Those three catch the great majority of lookalikes. The other seven turn a quick check into a thorough one. Our price guide lists the figures for Tick 3, and our guide on where to buy ProstaVive explains why a single order page is the rule.
Tick 1: you typed the address yourself
The strongest check comes before you see anything. Did you type the seller’s address, or open a bookmark you made earlier? A link from a comment, a message or an advert can look right and go elsewhere. Starting from your own address bar settles the question.
Tick 2: the product name is spelled ProstaVive
The name is one word, with a capital P and a capital V. Lookalikes sometimes split it into two words or change a letter. It is a small detail, but a careful reader catches it at once.
Tick 3: three packages, three prices
The order page should show one tub, three tubs and six tubs, at $79, $177 and $234. Prices can change, so a small difference is not alarming, but a wildly different number is a signal to pause.
Tick 4: the supplement facts are on the page
A genuine page shows the label: 30 servings per tub, a serving of one scoop and an amount for nearly every ingredient. A page with only adjectives and no label is not worth your card details.
Tick 5: the refund page says 180 days from the order date
Read it to the end. It should describe the steps: email support with Refund Request in the subject, wait for an agent’s reply, send all tubs back, empty or unopened, and email the tracking ID. It should also mention that you pay the postage and that the refund covers the product price.
Keep going down the sheet
Five more ticks cover shipping, contact, checkout and your own part.
Six tubs ship free in the US, with two bonus guides included.
See the ProstaVive packagesTick 6: there is a returns address in Ohio
The refund page lists 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. You can paste that into a map to confirm it is a real address. It will not tell you anything about quality, but it shows there is somewhere for a parcel to go.
Tick 7: shipping times are stated
The seller says orders ship within 2 to 3 days with a tracking email, US delivery takes 5 to 7 business days and can take up to 10, and international delivery takes 10 to 12 business days. A page that gives no shipping information at all is a page to question.
Tick 8: support contacts are listed
You should find a support email, a product support phone number, (863) 591-4284, and a note that agents reply within 48 hours or less. The email is [email protected]. If you like, send a short question before you order and see how quickly you hear back.
Tick 9: the checkout is ClickBank
When you press an order button, the payment page should belong to ClickBank. It should list the package, the product price and the shipping line, with a total that matches what you expect. Your later card statement will show a line beginning with CLKBANK, and ClickBank order support is at 1-800-390-6035.
Tick 10: you have asked your doctor
This is the one tick that only you can give. ProstaVive is a supplement, not a medicine, and it does not replace medical care. Please ask your doctor first, especially if you take medication or have urinary symptoms. The seller’s disclaimer asks the same of anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a medical condition.
Why the order of the ticks matters
The sheet runs from cheap checks to deeper ones. Ticks 1 to 3 cost you nothing and need no reading: an address, a spelling and three numbers. Ticks 4 to 6 ask you to read a little, because a label and a refund page take a few minutes. Ticks 7 to 9 are practical: shipping, contacts and checkout, which tell you what life with the order will look like. Tick 10 is personal. Moving through them in that order means a lookalike usually shows itself early, before you have spent any effort, and a genuine page earns your trust one step at a time.
Complete the sheet
Open the seller’s order page and tick off the remaining points.
Free US shipping on six tubs, with two bonus guides and 180 days to decide.
See the ProstaVive packagesWhy a tick sheet works
Lists work because they take judgment out of a moment when you are tempted to hurry. When a page looks polished and a checkout button is bright, it is easy to skip the small checks. A sheet you have already read asks the same questions every time, and it asks them in a calm voice. The habit costs a minute. Print this page or keep it in a note, and use it for any supplement, not only this one.
What to do if a tick fails
Do not panic, and do not pay. Close the page. Go back to the address you typed yourself and compare. If a difference remains, write to the seller’s support email and ask whether the page belongs to them. Our guide on the ProstaVive official website explains how to reach the genuine order page, and the official website page keeps the short version in one spot.
A note for phone shoppers
Most people check pages on a phone, where the address bar is small and the page is narrow. Two habits help. First, tap the address bar to see the full address, since it is often shortened. Second, scroll to the bottom of the page, where the links to refund, shipping and contact usually sit. If you can reach both within a minute, you have already passed several of the ticks. Our step-by-step ordering guide shows what comes after.
Then place your order
If all ten ticks pass, you are in the right place. ProstaVive comes in three sizes, so choose the one that suits your routine. Six tubs give the lowest price per tub, and our offer summary shows all three packages in one view. Keep your ClickBank order number and the order date in a safe place, because the 180-day window counts from the order date.
