Magazines that test blenders and mattresses do it the same way every time: pick the things that matter, test each one, publish the grid. Supplements deserve the same care, so we built one for Neuro Serge. Think of this page as Neuro Serge reviews in a consumer-report style. To be crystal clear, no consumer organization has looked at this product. The six tests and the scores are ours, they use only what the seller publishes, and you can repeat every one of them yourself in ten minutes.

| Test | What we looked at | Our mark |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Daily cost | Total divided by days of supply | Strong |
| 2. Refund terms | Length, start date, what must go back | Strong |
| 3. Who sells it | Retailer, address, contact routes | Good |
| 4. Label detail | Named ingredients, amounts, panel | Fair |
| 5. Shipping | Dispatch, arrival, tracking | Good |
| 6. Support | Email, phone, hours | Good |
Overall, we land on 4.5 out of 5. Now the detail behind each line.
Test 1: what does a day cost
Honest shopping starts with a daily figure, because bottle prices hide the length of the supply. The seller sells every bottle as a month. That puts the six-bottle package at $294, which comes to roughly $1.63 each day. Three bottles at $207 cost about $2.30 a day. The two-bottle package, $158, comes to about $2.63 a day before any shipping is added.
Our mark: strong. A daily figure under two dollars on the largest size is easy to live with, and most coffee-shop drinks cost more than that. Our cost guide walks through the arithmetic for each routine length.
Test 2: how good is the way out
Refund terms are where a lot of supplement pages go vague. This one is specific. You have ninety days, counted from the date of your order. You send back every bottle, whether it is full, part-used or empty. A note goes in the box with your ClickBank order ID, your name and shipping address, your email and phone, plus the packing slip if you kept it. The parcel has to arrive within the ninety days, and you pay to post it. The refund appears three to five business days after processing.
Our mark: strong. Clear start date, clear contents, clear timeline. The only habit to adopt is posting early.
A guarantee you can plan around
Ninety days, counted from the day you order.
Every bottle can go back, even the empty ones.
Order with the refund window behind youTest 3: who is behind the sale
Neuro Serge is sold through ClickBank, a large online retailer that handles the checkout and the card statement. The seller’s returns page shows a physical address in Tallmadge, Ohio, and a support team with an email and phone line. One thing we want you to know plainly: the pages do not name a manufacturer or company, so the retailer and the returns address are the identity trail you can follow.
Our mark: good. A real checkout, a real address and a real phone line. A company name would make it better.
Test 4: how much of the label can you see
This is the test where the product loses its marks. The seller names six botanicals: olive leaf, cassia cinnamon, deglycyrrhizinated licorice, green tea extract, grape seed extract and bilberry extract. It does not show amounts, an other-ingredients list or a supplement-facts panel, and there is no note on what the capsule shell is made from. We therefore cannot say how much of any botanical you swallow.
Our mark: fair. Plenty of shoppers will be comfortable with a named list and a refund window. Label readers will want more, and they can ask support before ordering. Our supplement-style review goes deeper on this single point.
Test 5: shipping and arrival
The seller packs orders the day they come in or on the next working day. Within the United States, plan on one to two working weeks, with UPS or FedEx for most of the trip and the postal service for the last stretch. A tracking email follows a day after the parcel leaves. From outside the US, allow two to three working weeks, add thirty dollars of shipping per product that is not refunded, and expect to cover any customs charge yourself.
Our mark: good. Written-down timings and tracking. The US shipping fee for a two-bottle order is not stated, which keeps this from a top mark.
Test 6: reaching a human
Support answers email, aiming for a reply within a day, and answers a phone line from Monday to Friday, ten in the morning to seven in the evening Eastern. Order questions can also go through ClickBank. Our complaints guide lists the contacts and the order in which to try them.
Our mark: good. Three routes to help, with posted hours.
What a scorecard cannot measure
There are limits to a checklist, and we would rather say so. None of the six tests tells you how the capsule will suit your own routine, because that depends on you. A grid of marks covers the offer, the terms and the paperwork. It does not cover how your days feel after a few months, and nobody can promise that. The seller itself says results vary and recommends at least three to six months of use, so the sensible move is to run your own personal test after the six we ran here.
Run the tests yourself in ten minutes
If you like to check our work, set a timer and do this.
- Open the order page and divide each total by the months of supply.
- Find the returns section and note the start date of the ninety days.
- Look for the retailer name on the payment page.
- Read the ingredient list and see whether amounts appear.
- Find the shipping times and the tracking promise.
- Find the support email and phone line, then see whether the hours are posted.
Nothing here needs special knowledge, and it makes a nice template for any supplement you look at next.

See the Neuro Serge packagesHow the scorecard differs from a single rating
A lone number can hide a lot. Our scorecard shows where the offer is strong and where it is thinner, so you can rank each line by what matters to you. If refund terms are your priority, the strong mark there should count for more. If label detail is your priority, the fair mark deserves attention. That is the point of splitting a verdict into six parts, and our full Neuro Serge page offers the same facts in a single view.
Adding it up
Strong on cost and refunds, good on retailer, shipping and support, fair on label detail: that spread earns our 4.5 out of 5 editorial score. The score is our own opinion of the offer, built from the six tests above, and it is not a customer average. Results from the capsule itself vary from person to person, and the seller advises at least three to six months of use before judging.
Good to know
- Scores come from information the seller publishes, checked October 28, 2026.
- No consumer organization has reviewed Neuro Serge.
- Individual results vary.
A health note before you buy
If you take medication, are expecting or nursing, or have a medical condition, your physician should be your first call. That matches the seller’s own disclaimer. Green tea in the formula carries caffeine, so anyone sensitive to it should take the same step. Our safety page lists who should ask.
Which package passes our test best
With the scorecard done, the choice is simple. Three bottles at $207 reach the three-month mark with free US shipping and bonus guides, and six bottles at $294 add the lowest bottle price at $49. The two-bottle order at $158 is a short, low-commitment start, though it carries shipping on top and no guides. Our full page shows all three together.
Your scorecard verdict
The six-bottle package earns our best daily-cost mark.
About $1.63 a day, free US shipping and three bonus guides.
