When you buy The Genius Switch, what you own afterwards is a Genius Switch file: one downloaded 8-minute audio track, plus four digital bonuses. Nothing is shipped and nothing is installed. That makes the product simple, but it also puts the housekeeping on you. If the file gets lost in a busy inbox, stays on one old phone or never makes it off your laptop, the purchase is only as good as your filing.
This guide is about the file itself. It covers what the seller does and does not tell you about it, a short routine for saving it properly on day one, moving it between devices, keeping a backup that survives a lost phone, what “personal use” means for your copy, and how to fix the most common problems.
A file you keep
One 8-minute track and four bonuses, emailed after checkout.
$39 one-time via ClickBank, plus local tax. No subscription.
See what the order includesWhat the seller tells you about the file
The seller’s description of the download is short, and some details you might expect are missing. Here is what the sales page, the video, the Terms and the ClickBank checkout say, and what they leave out.
| Detail | What the seller says | What is not stated |
|---|---|---|
| Length | 8 minutes | Nothing; the length is clear |
| Delivery | Emailed immediately after checkout; “Immediate access … once payment is approved” | The exact sender of the delivery email |
| Where it plays | Download it to your phone or computer | A named player; any media player works, and no app is offered |
| File type | A digital audio track | The format or extension |
| File size | Nothing | The download size |
| Extras | Four digital bonuses | Their file types |
| Usage rights | “A copyrighted digital article for personal use” | Rules for specific household situations |
The gaps are not a reason for alarm. Most audio files open in the media player a phone or computer already has. They are a reason to check what you received straight after downloading, while the receipt is fresh and the refund window is wide open.
Your first 15 minutes with the file
This short routine is our suggestion. It turns a download link into something you will still have in a year.
- Download everything from the delivery email. The track first, then each of the four bonuses.
- Check the file extension. It tells you the format the seller did not name, and confirms you saved an audio file rather than a web page.
- Rename it plainly. Something like “Genius Switch 8 min” is easier to find than a long code.
- Make one folder for the whole order. Put the track, the bonuses and a saved copy of the ClickBank receipt together.
- Test it offline. Turn on airplane mode and press play. If it plays, the file is truly on your device.
- Make a second copy. See the backup section below before you close the folder.
Label or star the delivery email and the receipt in your inbox as well. The receipt carries the order number that support and refunds depend on.
Moving the track between devices
The video’s instruction is simply to download the track to your phone or computer. Most people want it on both: the computer as a safe home for the file, the phone for daily listening with headphones. Ordinary file-moving methods work, because it is ordinary audio. These options are general advice from us:
- A cable. Connect your phone to the computer and copy the file into the phone’s music or files area.
- Cloud storage you already use. Upload from the computer, then download on the phone and save it locally.
- Downloading twice. Open the delivery email on each device and save the track on both.
Whichever you choose, finish with the offline test on the phone. A file that only lives in cloud storage may need a connection to play.
Playing it offline
Once the file sits on your device, it behaves like any other track you own. It does not need an account, a connection or the seller’s website to play. That is handy on a train or anywhere with weak signal, as long as you are a passenger. The video asks you to close your eyes while you listen, so never play it while driving or operating machinery.
If you like a set routine, add the file to a playlist of its own so it is one tap away each day. The video says missing a day is “okay”, so there is no penalty if you skip one.
Works without signal
Save it once, play it offline on your phone or computer.
Track and bonuses arrive by email right after the ClickBank payment.
Check the official order pageA backup that survives a lost phone
Phones get lost, replaced and reset. The seller describes no member area or self-service download page, so your own copies are the main safety net. Here is where copies can live, with the trade-offs, as general advice:
| Where | Why it helps | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Your phone | Daily listening, offline | Lost or reset phones take the file with them |
| Your computer | A stable home for the whole order folder | Old computers get replaced too |
| Cloud storage you control | Survives a lost device | Keep the folder private; do not share the link |
| The delivery email | Proof of what you received | Inbox clean-ups delete it; label it |
Two copies in two different places is a sensible minimum. When you change phones, copy the folder across before wiping the old one.
What “personal use” means for your copy
The Terms of Sale describe the purchase as “a copyrighted digital article for personal use”. In plain terms, the copy is for you. Our reading of what that does and does not cover:
- Fits personal use: keeping copies on your own phone and computer, backing it up privately, listening as often as you like.
- Does not fit: sending the file to friends, posting it to a video or music site, sharing a public cloud link, or reselling it.
If you have a specific question, such as whether someone else in your home may listen, ask product support at [email protected] rather than guessing. This also explains why free uploads using the name are not something to rely on: the presenter, who introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, says tracks found on YouTube or Spotify are not the same, and the seller does not publish what is on the genuine recording.
When the file will not open or play
Most problems have a quick fix. Work down this list before contacting anyone.
| Problem | Try this first | Then contact |
|---|---|---|
| No delivery email | Check spam, junk and promotions; search your inbox for ClickBank | ClickBank order support, 1-800-390-6035 |
| Download fails | Try again on a stable connection, or on a computer | Product support, [email protected] |
| File will not play | Check the extension; open it with another media player | Product support, with your order number |
| Plays online only | Save it to the device itself, then repeat the airplane-mode test | Not usually needed |
| File lost | Search inbox and trash for the delivery email; check backups | Product support, with order number and date |
When you contact support, have the order number from your ClickBank receipt and the email address you used at checkout. Your card statement shows the charge as CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch, which helps confirm the order. Be wary of any message asking you to “sign in” to an account for The Genius Switch or re-enter card details, since the seller describes no account at all.
Refunds and the file
If the file is fine but the product is not for you, the Terms say digital products are refundable on requests made “within 90 days of your initial purchase”, and the ClickBank checkout states a 90-day window from the date of purchase. Call ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 with your order number. There is nothing to post back. The site’s separate refund page describes returning “NeuroActivate” bottles within 60 days to Tallmadge, Ohio, which is a leftover policy that does not fit a digital track.
What the file is meant to do
A tidy folder settles access, but not the claims attached to the recording. The pitch comes from that same presenter, and we could not verify his identity or his role. He says the track uses “neural sync technology” for “whole brain activation” and promises results from better memory to luck and money, all of them the seller’s claims. The video says the method “has nothing to do with brain waves”, yet the sales page cites studies on 40 Hz binaural beats and gamma stimulation. That research is mixed, with a medium overall effect in a 2019 meta-analysis but little sign of brainwave entrainment in a 2023 review, and no published study tests this track.
The Terms are more modest than the video. A section headed “For Entertainment Purposes Only” says “brain entrainment is not an exact science and we recommend that you do not treat it as such. The products are provided for entertainment purposes only.” They also warn that testimonials may be acted out by digital avatars or actors. When you do listen, keep the volume comfortable and ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a seizure history or hearing problems.
Keep your receipt
Your order number is the key to support and refunds.
90-day refund window in the Terms and at ClickBank. Statement reads CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch.
View The Genius Switch offerThe bottom line
The Genius Switch is a file you keep, and a little care on day one keeps it working for good. Download the track and the four bonuses together, check the extension the seller never names, test it offline, and store a second copy away from your phone. Keep it to yourself, as the Terms ask, and keep the ClickBank receipt at least until the 90 days are up.

Questions people ask
What file format is the track?
The seller does not say. The sales page, video and checkout describe a digital audio track that you download to a phone or computer, but none of them names a file type. You will see the extension when you save it, and the video says it plays on a phone or computer.
Can I keep the file on both my phone and my computer?
The video tells you to download the track to your phone or computer, and the Terms describe a digital article for personal use. Keeping copies on your own devices for your own listening fits that description in our reading. If you are unsure about a specific use, ask product support.
Can I send the file to a friend or upload it somewhere?
No. The Terms of Sale describe the purchase as a copyrighted digital article for personal use. Sending copies to other people, posting it online or reselling it does not fit that description.
Do the bonuses come as separate files?
The seller describes four digital bonuses: a guided visualization, a grocery shopping guide, a classic book on financial success and a printable habits infographic. It does not list their file types, so save whatever arrives alongside the track.
I deleted the email and lost the track. What now?
Search your inbox and trash for the delivery email and the ClickBank receipt first, then check any backup copy. If nothing turns up, contact product support at [email protected] with your order number and purchase date.
Do I need an internet connection to play it?
Only to download it. Once the track is saved on your device it is an ordinary audio file and plays without a connection.
